Couldnt give them a zero..PLEASE DO NOT take your vehicle there. We took our 2013 Ford Ecoboost truck which in mint condition just to have routine oil change. Heat shield has to be removed to get to oil pan. One day later..while driving on route 7 shield fell off and was damaged under truck. Took truck back to them..they promised to replace it..replaced it with half of our original shield and some plastic part from some other vehicle using duck tape. Stopped 1/10th mile from shop because tape was falling off. Had to take officer back to shop..they promised in front of officer to replace..haven't heard a word from Als in almost three weeks. On our way to court with attorney..BEWARE!
Quoted me 40% mark up on parts. Called NAPA to get cost of parts and determined over 60% mark up on some of the parts. I wouldn't recommend this place.
